1 Month Line Rental – Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry is open to existing customers of Aerial Direct Ltd
  2. The entrant(s) must be the account holder and aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
  3. The closing date for the collation of successful participants is 28/02/2017, at 11:59PM. Any participation after this stated date and time will be void of this offer.
  4. The eligible one month free line rental will be applicable to the account holders lead mobile phone number only.
  5. Honest Customer feedback is important to Aerial Direct and the response and score provided by the participant will hold no bearing on this offer.
  6. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the participants(s) who completed the survey. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to remove the offer at any time.
  7. The provider will apply applicable discounts within 30 days of verifying submission to survey and notify by email and SMS.

Mannequin Challenge Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom, with exception of employees (and their families) of Aerial Direct, who comment on the published footage posted on Facebook; titled ‘Aerial Direct Mannequin Challenge’, describing the correct elapsed video time in seconds (e.g. 0:45), which ‘Wally’ first appears and can been seen.
2. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
3. The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Aerial Direct Ltd relating to any post-winning publicity.
4. Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries by the closing date of 22nd December 2016, 11:59pm.
5. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
6. Confirmation of the prize winner(s) will be publicised on 23rd December 2016 on our Facebook/Twitter page. Winner(s) will also be communicated with via phone, email.
7. The provider will despatch the prize directly or through chosen courier within 30 calendar days of closing date (8).
