What’s the survey?

Throughout the year, O2 send a number of text and email surveys to our customers asking them to rate Aerial Direct’s customer service. Your feedback is really important to us because it highlights what we’re doing well and shows us areas which need improving. This information helps us to make the necessary changes and improvements to ensure we’re consistently delivering excellent customer service.

*EU mins and texts apply to all mainland Europe EU countries and are subject to fair usage limit of 2,000 mins and 2,000 texts. EU data allowance is in addition to your standard tariff. Overage is charged at O2’s standard EU rates.

Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry is open to existing customers of Aerial Direct Ltd who receive a text or email survey from O2 relating to customer service of network and partner, also resident in the UK except employees (and their families) of Aerial Direct, its printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.
  2. The entrant(s) must be the account holder and aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
  3. Responses that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and deemed void.
  4. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  5. The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Aerial Direct Ltd relating to any post-winning publicity.
  6. Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries communicated by O2 to Aerial Direct Ltd by the closing date of 18th December 2016, 12:00pm.
  7. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
