Gender Pay Gap Statement 2024

It is mandatory for all large organisations to report their gender pay gap. This is the first year that Aerial Direct qualifies as a large business due to our employee count. We are taking this opportunity to report our gender pay gap and identify areas for improvement.
Vision for the business
Aerial Direct is committed to being an inclusive employer and promoting equality. Before this reporting year, we focused on improving diversity in leadership and across all departments. In 2023, female leadership increased to 36%. As a STEM business, we introduced apprenticeship and training initiatives to enhance female representation in technical roles. We continue to aim for more women in leadership positions to enhance diversity across the company.Bonus pay gap
Given our sales focus, our teams currently have a higher number of males. We are committed to increasing diversity in these teams by promoting internal growth, which will help reduce the bonus pay gap. In 2024, we plan to review all employee benefits to ensure they are competitive and meet employee needs, potentially influencing our 2025 report.Initiatives to improve gender pay gap
Aerial Direct has launched several initiatives to improve the gender pay gap and support women’s career growth. Recently, we introduced menopause awareness training and worked with line managers to accommodate necessary adjustments for women. Our first Gender Pay Gap report enables us to focus on reducing this gap through learning and development opportunities and promoting internal movement to increase the number of women in leadership and commission-based roles.
