Very happy
Very happy. Always helpful and friendly staff and always willing to help out when there is a problem – which is rare. Only two in the ~4-5 years i have been with them. You can even get through to them quickly when necessary.

Unexpected large bill
I received an exceptionally large bill due to 6 days without internet when moving house. When rang to query, was understood and helped immediately. Bill was waived and the member of staff rang a relieved and delighted

Very good service on the phone today with Aerial Direct
I spoke on the phone to Aeriel Direct this morning with a member of staff called Jasmine in order to resolve an issue with my mobile phone contact and account. She was very helpful, professional and knowledgable and was able to quickly re-assure me and resolve the problem. Very good service indeed. Thank you.
