Responsible for all things ‘people’ across the business, from recruitment to equality and development. Alia and her team ensure policies and process are executed accurately, making sure all people-related happenings are handled and controlled in a professional manner.

First album purchased: It was either Jagged Little Pill by Alanis Morissette or The Slim Shady LP by Eminem – she had pretty varied music taste growing up!

Favourite movie: The Muppet Christmas Carol – because who can resist a classic holiday movie with the perfect mix of humour and heart?

Hidden talent: She can speak Spanish (badly), but she’s working on it – maybe one day she’ll be fluent enough to chat with a Muppet in Spanish!

What she wanted to be when she was younger: She always wanted to be a vet because she loves animals, but since she’s scared of needles and can’t stand blood, HR seemed like a much safer (and cleaner) career path!
