I have been with Aerial Direct for several years now and they are always friendly, helpful and professional. If I ever have a concern, they are always on hand to help and have been amazing. Recently I contacted them and I spoke to Harry in customer service and he was able to reduce my current bill which was so helpful, he was amazing and very helpful.

Good communicators
I as initially contacted by Aerial Direct concerning my O2 account and its new contract. I was a little suspicious as they were acting on behalf of O2. However, they have provided a good new deal and I have since transferred two more numbers to them from Vodafone. Easy to contact, good response by email and phone. Very happy experience

I wanted to thank Ariel for generously supporting us on the mistakes by myself and others that unwittingly led a newly arrived 10-year-old Gazan refugee to unknowingly incur a £3k data bill. Our account manager, Liam Chapman has been brilliant in dealing with this. We have decided to leave Ariel for several reasons. Many of these, I think in hindsight were our internal communications. Had I engaged with Liam earlier; then, I strongly suspect we would have stayed. We will reengage on renewal and I recommend them.

Brilliant customer service
I’m really grateful to Bailey who took my call yesterday. I had – unintentionally! – run up a huge bill, completely not understanding that tethering my laptop would cause this. I was a bit in shock.. He was brilliant. Really clear, very reassuring – and while he couldn’t promise I’d be reprieved from the cost this mistake might make, he promised to call back with in 2 days. In just over 24 hours, Bailey called back – it had all been sorted – I can’t tell you how relieved I was. He has been really helpful in putting into place the safeguards to making sure this won’t happen again, and very clearly explained what I’ll see with the next bill. So good,
