I recieved a text allegedly from my02 claiming there was a problem with my payment. I sent it to Arial direct to see if this was the case and they said it wasn’t them that sent it which means it was a scam which I thought anyway but better getting it checked out and lets Arial direct and 02 know that there is a scam pretending to be them

I am abroad in cape Verdi and was started to be charged £7.50 a day and didn’t think I was using my phone. The young lady was very nice and helpful and told me if I put it on flight mode I could avoid these charges if I was connected to WiFi
