Well this gentleman Tim his name is was very helpful today and helped me to get my bill down and also helping in other situations with my bill. I’ve got it reduced down for me which was very nice of him and he was very nice and polite and well mannered, which I did appreciate and he’s going to take care of things for me that end and I will be making my payment of £53 for this month and he’s sorting the rest out for me which I am very happy to say that Tim is a good person he knows what he’s doing at his job and thank you Tim. I appreciate everything you have done for me today and took the stress off for me. I really do appreciate it.

O had had a frustrating morning trying to change my address thru 02. Then I called 02 on a paid number – 02 put me thru to Aerial and I was given the option of a call back which I took. Within 5 minutes Chloe called and sorted my change of address promptly and graciously. Thank you

Excellent customer service from Mike. He was extremely helpful, patient and professional. He investigated unexpected roaming charges on my account, explained exactly what had happened and even spoke to his manager on my behalf. Thanks to his help, the full £45 charge was credited back to me. He also helped with my My O2 Business account and explained how to prevent the same roaming issue from happening again in future. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into resolving everything for me. Excellent service – thank you, Mike!
