Helpful resolution

I raised a query as I no longer need a business account. The staff member was very helpful and offered a gesture to help resolve my problem until my contract can be changed.

Our experience started off challenging.

Our experience started off challenging. We encountered a period where outbound calling was unavailable for several days, which understandably had an impact on the business. There were also some initial difficulties around system access and communication, which made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. However, I’m pleased to say that the situation was completely turned around thanks to Dale. Dale handled everything calmly and professionally, took full ownership of the issue, stayed on the phone to ensure things were resolved, and followed up multiple times to make sure everything was working as it should. That level of care and commitment made a real difference. If it wasn’t for Dale stepping in, the experience could have been very different. On the strength of how this was handled and resolved, I’ve updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars.
