Contract Query

After only contacting Aerial Direct to check on my contract I ended with having a generous sum deposited to my bank account and a recurring monthly reward from now on. This was due to me missing the offer. This is the best customer service I have experienced for years as not all companies would’ve been so honest as to inform me of my oversight and not only initiate it from now but also to backdate it. I have to single out a lady named Amanda who went above and beyond to ensure I got this backdated reward and for setting up future monthly rewards. Thank you very much Amanda, you are a credit to Aerial Direct.

Although Aerial use a text messaging service to answer queries, it is always possible to contact someone in the Customer Service dept. directly. They offer a terrific service, and take care to explain the terms of your contract with you, e.g. explain what you have to do before travelling, to avoid excessive fees.

New SIM card, same number.

After initial difficulty finding the right telephone number, once I was able to speak to someone it was easy to solve my problem. A new SIM card arrived promptly as promised so thank you friendly and efficient staff.

Locked myself out of my phone and…

Locked myself out of my phone and needed a PUK number to reset the PIN. The automated phone navigation was quick and straightforward and I soon got through to a human being. There was a short security check and she gave me the PUK I needed. What was nice was that she stayed on the line while I tried using it and resetting the phone, guided me through the process and was very helpful

Superior customer service from Aerial

Ariel Direct staff dealt with a complex billing issue on my account capably and professionally. I was told I would receive a call back within a couple of days and of course you expect no one to call! The same lady called me back this morning, as promised, and had sorted out my problem and had raised a credit for my account which I did not expect at all.

What a wonderful company!

I have been a customer of Aerial Direct for several years and I have never had a problem. Last week, I discovered that I had utilised all of the data from my account and costs had been added to my account. I was confused as to why this had happened as I had contacted the company a few days before and was informed that I had a reserve of data and could continue using mobile data. I immediately contacted Aerial Direct to clarify the situation. Fortunately, Kim came to my rescue, she listened attentively to my concerns and following the normal checks and procedures advised me to remain calm and to trust that she would have my issues looked into prior to my bill being issued, which would be at the end of the month. This morning I received a welcome call from Kim, my concerns about my account had been escalated and they were investigated and luckily resolved in my favour. I can’t thank Kim enough for her professionalism and kindness in dealing with my issues. Kim is brilliant and I would have no problem with recommending Aerial Direct to my family and friends. Thank you Kim
