I had a scam saying they was 02 and I put the phone down and then phoned Aerial Direct as they are part of 02 too.I told them about it and they said I did the right thing in phoning them and that it was a scam. After that I spoke to the lovely gentleman about my bill not showing discount and he kindly went through it all with and reimburse me 3 months and set all it up for me again. I was pleased with service and it gave me peace of mind too. I have been with 02 for years and never ever had any problems and I would deeply recommend them 💯🙂
