Joanne who arranged my original plan, listened to my request and solved the issue proactively and with great enthusiasm. He was very helpful in finding out my exact needs so he could recommend me the best plan. And was very friendly he took the time to walk me through the entire process. As the phone lines were busy I requested a call back and was called within the hour. I had a billing query which was answered very quickly and to my satisfaction. I had also changed my address recently and this was updated for me on the same call.
