Wow, customer service that actually works, very refreshing! I called and was placed in a queue, then an automated voice tells me I will be called back when I reach the front of the queue. “Yeh, OK” says me (or words to that effect:)) BUT – 10 minutes later, Natasha called me back, and then quickly fixed my issue – colour me impressed Aerial Direct & Natasha. Top notch.
