There comes a time later in life when you sometimes need patience and understanding. Aerial Direct staff have always been good at providing customer care. In particular today, Julie gave me the help, explanations and understanding by the bucket load! What they promise they do!
We were made aware of Aerial Direct when our direct O2 contract ended. They offered great prices, multiple products, services and offers and importantly, a promise they are accessible and answer the phone in a timely manner, a novelty these days! This promise was put to the test recently when I called with an invoice question. The call was answered quickly and the person I spoke to resolved everything quickly and with confidence.

It’s great to have a human interaction when I call Aerial. I know my issue will be resolved, plus, today I’ve had a pleasant chat with Shanelle which is a bonus. Efficient and friendly is a good combination. At a broader level, the phone is always answered promptly. Options to get to the right department are user-friendly.
