Sam had great patience! We have had a problem with our office phones where not all phones were ringing when the main line rang. Sam had to reconfigure all the lines and made sure all the lines were connect to the right people. It took quite some time to rectify but he was polite and professional and ensured everything was in working order before closing the ticket.
