We were made aware of Aerial Direct when our direct O2 contract ended. They offered great prices, multiple products, services and offers and importantly, a promise they are accessible and answer the phone in a timely manner, a novelty these days! This promise was put to the test recently when I called with an invoice question. The call was answered quickly and the person I spoke to resolved everything quickly and with confidence.

Efficient and friendly is a good combination. At a broader level, the phone is always answered promptly. Options to get to the right department are user-friendly.
