What made your experience great: My experience was great because the advisor, Bailey, showed excellent customer service skills. He listened without rushing, acknowledged the issues I’ve been having with my data alerts, and offered clear solutions that actually addressed the problem. It felt like he genuinely wanted to help rather than just follow a script. What the company is doing well: Aerial Direct is doing well in training staff to communicate clearly and support customers effectively. The service feels personal and solutions‑driven. Continuing to empower advisors like Bailey to take the time to understand customer issues will make a big difference.

Joanne who arranged my original plan, listened to my request and solved the issue proactively and with great enthusiasm. She updated another team who perfectly understood the actions needed and Bailey was professional, polite, supportive and with a good dose of commonsense that was so refreshing in this day and age.
